PakStudyHub (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") is Pakistan's leading free online educational platform, accessible at pakstudyhub.online and all associated subdomains. Our mission is to provide every student in Pakistan — from Matric to PhD level — with completely free access to high-quality study materials, books, notes, past papers, video lectures, and career guidance resources.

PakStudyHub was founded with the belief that quality education resources should be accessible to every Pakistani student, regardless of their financial background or geographic location. We serve students preparing for board exams, university-level studies, and competitive examinations such as PPSC, CSS, MDCAT, ECAT, FIA, and many others.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and PakStudyHub regarding your use of our website, content, and services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

PakStudyHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Any use of PakStudyHub that violates these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access and, where applicable, legal action. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with these Terms and to protect the integrity of our platform and its users.

All content, design, graphics, interfaces, and code that make up PakStudyHub — including but not limited to text, images, icons, logos, audio clips, video content, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — are owned by or licensed to PakStudyHub and are protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The PakStudyHub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PakStudyHub. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Regarding third-party content: Some study materials, books, and resources available on PakStudyHub have been sourced from publicly available educational sources, government-issued textbooks, or contributed by educators with their consent. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that content posted on our platform does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on PakStudyHub infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately with full details, and we will investigate and remove the content promptly if your claim is valid.

• Permitted Use: You may download, print, or save content from PakStudyHub solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use. You may share direct links to our pages on social media or with other students.

By downloading any resource from PakStudyHub, you agree to the following conditions:

• Downloaded resources are for your personal educational use only. You may not resell, redistribute, upload to other websites, or use them for any commercial purpose.
• You may share downloaded resources with friends or classmates for non-commercial educational purposes, provided you clearly credit PakStudyHub as the source and do not alter the content.
• Resources marked with third-party copyrights or sourced from publishers, boards, or universities are subject to those organizations' own terms of use, and we make no additional claims over such materials beyond our right to display and offer them under fair educational use principles.

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using PakStudyHub:

• Harassing, intimidating, or targeting other users or members of our community based on religion, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our website, servers, or network infrastructure without our explicit written authorization.
• Using our platform to engage in any form of academic fraud, including posting or distributing exam cheating materials, unauthorized answer keys to ongoing examinations, or facilitating any form of academic dishonesty.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any access restrictions we may put in place, or using another user's account without authorization.
• Soliciting other users' personal information, login credentials, or financial details through our platform.
• Using our platform to advertise, promote, or sell any products or services without our prior written consent.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonably large or disproportionate load on our servers or infrastructure, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks.

PakStudyHub reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these conduct guidelines and to take appropriate action, including removing content, warning users, suspending or permanently banning access, and, where the conduct may be illegal, reporting the matter to Pakistani law enforcement authorities.

PakStudyHub contains links to third-party websites, resources, and platforms. These links are provided as a convenience for our users and do not imply any endorsement, recommendation, or approval by PakStudyHub of the linked websites or their operators. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party websites, and we are not responsible for any harm or loss that may result from your use of those external sites.

Third-party links on PakStudyHub may include but are not limited to:

• YouTube Videos: Some of our video lectures are hosted on YouTube. When you click to watch these videos, you are accessing YouTube's platform and are subject to YouTube's and Google's terms of service and privacy policy.

PakStudyHub and all its content, services, and resources are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PakStudyHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

• We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, server issues, or other technical problems may occur.

• We do not make any guarantees about exam results, academic performance, or career outcomes that may be associated with using our study resources. Success in any examination depends on a wide range of individual factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, PakStudyHub, its founders, team members, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) PakStudyHub or any of its content, materials, or services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or linked from the platform, including without limitation any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
• Any content obtained from PakStudyHub, including study materials, books, notes, past papers, or video lectures, being inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or data on our platform.
• Any failure or delay in the operation or transmission of our platform, including interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or technical difficulties.
• Any decisions you make in reliance on information or study materials provided through PakStudyHub, including decisions related to exam preparation strategies, subject selection, or career choices.

In no event shall PakStudyHub's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of our platform exceed the amount you have paid to PakStudyHub in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, given that PakStudyHub is a completely free platform, shall be PKR 0 (zero rupees).

To cover the costs of operating, maintaining, and expanding PakStudyHub as a free educational platform, we display advertisements on our website. These advertisements are served through Google AdSense and other advertising networks. By using PakStudyHub, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed throughout our website.

• Google AdSense: We use Google AdSense to display contextually relevant ads. Google may use cookies and tracking technologies to deliver personalized advertisements based on your browsing behavior. You can manage your ad preferences or opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com.
• Ad Blockers: While we respect your right to use ad-blocking software, we kindly request that you consider whitelisting PakStudyHub in your ad blocker. Advertising revenue is what allows us to keep all study resources completely free for every Pakistani student. Without this revenue, we would not be able to sustain and grow our platform.
• No Endorsement: The display of any advertisement on PakStudyHub does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product, service, company, or organization. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims made in any third-party advertisement displayed on our platform.
• Sponsored Content: If PakStudyHub ever publishes sponsored or promoted content, it will be clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Advertisement" to distinguish it from our regular editorial content.

PakStudyHub reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to our platform — or any portion of it — at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the User Conduct rules in Section 6.
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the reputation and integrity of PakStudyHub.
• A request from law enforcement, a regulatory authority, or a court order requiring us to do so.
• Unexpected technical or security issues or problems that require us to take protective action.
• Extended periods of inactivity on a registered account, where applicable.
• Any other reason that we, in good faith, determine warrants termination to protect the safety, integrity, or functioning of our platform or its users.

Upon termination of your access, your right to use PakStudyHub will immediately cease. If your access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you may not re-register or attempt to access our platform in any other way without our express written consent. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities you may have incurred prior to termination.

We also reserve the right to discontinue PakStudyHub entirely, or any portion or feature of it, at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of PakStudyHub shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, proceeding, or dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of PakStudyHub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. By using our platform, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Pakistan.

We recognize that PakStudyHub is accessed by users across Pakistan and potentially from other countries around the world. If you are accessing PakStudyHub from outside Pakistan, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.
